No longer satisfied with counting calories and grams of fat, today’s consumers want to know that their food is free from harmful chemicals, increasingly seeking to avoid the presence of genetically modified organisms (GMO).

Genomics has created significant changes in how we view ourselves, as well as how we create and manufacture products that affect our health, well-being, and the environment.
