The Two Minute Rule…

It pains us to see our customers struggling with problems that we know how to fix easily.
Why don’t they just pick-up the phone?

Let’s be clear about a few things:
- We want to help
- We don’t care if the problem is trivial
- We don’t care if the problem is hard
- We will never think you are stupid to ask for help
- Whatever is getting in your way – we will help if we can
- Keeping you working is really important to us – happy customers means more business
The Two Minute Rule…
This (really useful) rule is:
“When you come across a job that needs to be done, if it can be completed in less than two minutes – do it immediately”
