Ray Perkins, staff, team, Two Minute Rule,

Our contact details are on the front of your instrument

Anatune is serious about supporting our customers well.  It makes great business sense and it is also the right thing to do.

Recently, on a couple of occasions, we have encountered an obstacle that prevented us from delivering the quality of support to which we aspire.

Customers sometimes have problems and don’t ask us for help.

It pains us to see our customers struggling with problems that we know how to fix easily.

Why don’t they just pick-up the phone?

I don’t think logic plays much of a role here, instead, the issues are rooted in feelings that it is somehow wrong to ask for help.  I think this article sums it up rather well:  5 Reasons why Asking for Help Sucks.

Let’s be clear about a few things:

  • We want to help
  • We don’t care if the problem is trivial
  • We don’t care if the problem is hard
  • We will never think you are stupid to ask for help
  • Whatever is getting in your way – we will help if we can
  • Keeping you working is really important to us –  happy customers means more business

The Two Minute Rule…

This (really useful) rule is:

“When you come across a job that needs to be done, if it can be completed in less than two minutes – do it immediately”

Asking for help from the Anatune support team is a “Two-minute job” one that is quick, easy and rewarding.

  • There is one phone number and one email address to contact – whatever the kind of help you need
  • Within working hours, there will always be a human being at the end of the line
  • We will always have staff with technical skills available to offer help

Our Two Minute Promise…

If you have a technical problem of any kind that is getting in the way of your work, we will always make it quick and easy to ask Anatune for help – two minutes or less!

Here is how it works…

  1. You have a problem
  2. You need help
  3. It will take less than 2 minutes to ask for help from Anatune
  4. So call us now!
