Introducing Richard Davis – Latest Addition to the Anatune Team

I am pleased to introduce you to Richard Davis, who has recently joined us as a GC-MS Applications Chemist.

Richard is an experienced analytical chemist and has gained a great deal of specialised knowledge working within environmental testing laboratories and forensic laboratories in the UK.  His skills and know-how are a valuable addition to our lab team.

Richard earned an Honours Degree in Forensic Science from the University of Derby.  After a couple of years working in environmental testing labs, he moved into forensic science as an analyst then progressed to laboratory management.

Before joining Anatune, Richard worked for ESG, ROAR Forensics, Alere Toxicology and most recently for Matrix Diagnostics where he was responsible for setting-up and managing a start-up laboratory.

Richard has technical expertise in a wide range of analytical techniques, including GC-MS, GC-MS/MS.  He also has considerable insight into the opportunities and challenges forensic testing laboratories present.
